Amy L. Fischer is a construction and business litigator who represents owners, contractors, sureties, developers, design professionals, and public entities in state and federal courts, on appeal, and in arbitration. Her practice covers payment and performance bond matters, insurance coverage, delay and defect claims, bid protests, lien prosecution and defense, contract drafting and negotiation, and project risk management. She also maintains an appellate practice in Florida’s First, Third, and Fourth District Courts of Appeal. Amy is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and is known for clear strategy, thorough preparation, and practical, business-minded solutions.
